Persephone Series Vessel #3

This body of work presents a wheel-thrown collection of decorative, hand-built ceremonial vessels defined by a strong floral rhythm. Each piece features curvaceous forms reminiscent of a wine chalice, a prominent and recognisable symbol of celebratory homewares. To deepen my connection to family timelines and the culture of gathering, I have drawn on significant historical references, including 18th-century goblets and ancient Grecian vessels.
